Summary
CLIFTON - Clifton, Wayne Valley, Wayne Hills and Passaic are four of the top-shelf boys volleyball squads in North Jersey. On Saturday, they displayed solid efforts but, in the end, were turned away by one of the better teams from South Jersey.
Collingswood defeated the quartet of Passaic County powers in succession to claim the Clifton tournament crown, beating Wayne Hills in the title match, 25-18. Earlier, the Camden County school beat Wayne Valley in the pool round, 25-20, before triumphing over Passaic, 25-16, in the quarterfinals and then earning a hard- fought, come-from-behind 25-21 victory over Clifton in the semifinals.See the full content of this document
