Summary
AS HAS been noted by both elected officials and city residents during public comment periods at recent City Council meetings, the overtime pay scandal involving Paterson Mayor Jeffery Jones and other salaried members of his administration is casting a pall over almost all other business related to the city.
Let's state right out front that this is in no way the fault of council members, who, for the first time in years, are acting in concert and with a great deal of focus.
