MAHWAH - Novadigm shareholders voted Tuesday to merge with Hewlett-Packard in a deal worth about $120 million in cash.

Some 63.9 percent of the software firm's shareholders voted in favor of the merger and 1.67 percent voted against it. The remaining shareholders abstained from voting on the deal that will pay each $6.10 per share, a 28 percent premium over its closing price when the purchase was first announced Feb. 4.
