Summary
NORWOOD -- A borough man charged with attempted murder for allegedly trying to strangle his wife, a school board member, has been charged with endangering the welfare of children, police said.
The charges stem from a Feb. 15 incident in which police found Pamela Abramowitz, 42, battered and unconscious after her husband Andrew called 911 from their house, police said. She was treated for a bruised neck at Hackensack University Medical Center and released that night.See the full content of this document
