The Jets were not penalized by the NFL for their involvement in the alleged sexual harassment of female sports reporter Ines Sainz, the league announced Friday.

Commissioner Roger Goodell said the league will implement a training program for all 32 teams on proper conduct in the workplace and develop an expanded set of best practices for media relations.
