ROBBINSVILLE -- Members of Conferences 2 and 3 have held meetings to put together a framework for future athletic competition in North Jersey. But that didn't stop schools from Bergen and Passaic counties from continuing to jockey for position Monday under the state's controversial realignment plan for high school sports.
