Background: The latest suit comes amid a series of successes both in and out of court for the project, which would include an 18,000- seat arena called Barclays Center. More than $500 million in bonds were sold last month to help pay for construction of the arena -- the first piece of what is scheduled to be a 16-skyscraper, multibillion-dollar residential, office and hotel project.
