Just as the story starts to sag -- this time around, exhibits from the Museum of National History clash with their Smithsonian counterparts -- there's another welcome turn by Ricky Gervais, Hank Azaria, Robin Williams, Bill Hader, Steve Coogan, Owen Wilson, a pair of slap-happy monkeys and a collection of Albert Einstein bobble-head dolls. Best of all is Amy Adams, whose buoyant turn as Amelia Earhart is a marvel of screwball timing.
