TRENTON - New Jersey motorists are so accustomed to snarled highways that they describe standstill traffic as only somewhat bothersome, a survey found.

Drivers taking part in an online survey co-sponsored by state and federal transportation officials were asked to look at video clips of traffic as if they were sitting in the driver's seat.
