MONTVALE -- Police have charged a Montvale man with sexual assault and child endangerment for allegedly abusing a girl in 2004, when she was 12, authorities said.

David Lopusnak, 47, of Montvale was arrested Tuesday. John L. Molinelli, the Bergen County prosecutor, said Lopusnak sexually abused the victim, who is now 17, on several occasions. The alleged abuse took place in Montvale, Molinelli said.
