NEW MILFORD -- A borough resident has been charged with threatening police officers for the second time in two weeks, authorities said Monday.
Officers Nelson Perez and Brian Finale responded Aug. 3 at 5:10 p.m. to reports of a car stuck in a ditch off an access road to the ball fields near Hardcastle Pond, and found Donald Cardinale, 59, sitting in a green Ford Focus with the engine running, said Chief Frank Papapietro.See the full content of this document
