PASSAIC Veal egg rolls - sound odd? Not to customers of Jin's Glatt Kosher Chinese Restaurant, a Jewish-owned takeout restaurant tucked in the downtown section of the city's Orthodox Jewish community.
At first glance, Jin's looks just like most Chinese fast-food joints. There are chopsticks in paper wrappers, fortune cookies, hot Chinese mustard and plastic rectangular packets of soy sauce.
