Manny Ramirez, who has told the Red Sox he has no intention of playing for them in 2006, moved closer to an exodus this week when he put his 4,421-square-foot condo up for sale. According to the Boston Globe, Ramirez is asking $6.9 million for the four-bedroom, six-bath condo on the 37th floor of the Ritz Towers.
The Sox are apparently taking Ramirez seriously, having opened a dialogue with the Mets that will intensity at the winter meetings in Dallas next week.
