HACKENSACK -- A Superior Court judge has ordered Closter gadfly Jesse Rosenblum to pay nearly $62,000 in legal fees and costs associated with a lawsuit he filed challenging the Planning Board's 2010 decision to approve Temple Emanu-El's application to expand the facility.
Judge Alexander H. Carver also recommended that Rosenblum, who has filed more than 30 cases against the borough and Temple Emanu- El, should get permission from the assignment judge in Bergen County before filing any more complaints.See the full content of this document
