GREENWOOD LAKE, N.Y. A male skeleton was found in the woods about six miles north of the New Jersey state border, police said.
A local resident riding an all-terrain vehicle discovered the skeleton Thursday evening, about 50 yards south of Route 17A, New York State Police Senior Investigator John Van Der Molen said Saturday.
