A Burlington County man who refused to pay his cellphone bill over a service dispute lost an appeal Thursday in which he alleged consumer fraud.
Ruling in a case with statewide implications, a three-judge appellate panel sided with a trial court and said Robert C. Curtis of Bordentown had agreed in his service contract with Verizon Wireless to use arbitration before the courts.
