A Burlington County man who refused to pay his cellphone bill over a service dispute lost an appeal Thursday in which he alleged consumer fraud.
Ruling in a case with statewide implications, a three-judge appellate panel sided with a trial court and said Robert C. Curtis of Bordentown had agreed in his service contract with Verizon Wireless to use arbitration before the courts. Curtis said Verizon was aware of the poor service when he signed up for it.See the full content of this document
