LODI - The borough has won the latest round in a battle with a Main Street business owner who refuses to sell her property to make way for a downtown redevelopment project.

In a Superior Court decision released Monday, Judge Peter Doyne, sitting in Hackensack, ruled that Lodi has the authority to condemn Lodi Lumber -- owned by two widows -- and seize it through eminent domain.
