Summary
I had been to Davia in Fair Lawn a few years ago, and after reading Elisa Ung's review [2 1/2 stars, Oct. 30], recalled that the food was very good. So I recommended it to my two friends.
Since it was early, we all ordered the salmon on the early-bird special. My friend asked for it to be "crusty," and I specifically said I like my salmon moist, not overdone, but I received the most overdone one. I ate a small piece and complained to my friends how dry it was. I planned to ignore it, but my friends encouraged me to tell the waitress.
