FAIR LAWN - Borough officials are seeking ways to avoid a massive parking problem during the construction of a major addition to the high school.

Students, parents and teachers are concerned about the looming parking crunch. Petitions signed by nearly 1,000 students were handed over to the council this week and Arlene Liebman, president of the high school's PTA, made a plea to remove parking restrictions on the streets surrounding the high school during the two years of construction. The students' petitions ask for the same action.
