PATERSON At least one elevator at the high-rise Riverview Towers was working again Wednesday, but tenants say that on Christmas, they either had to stay put or negotiate long stairwells because both elevators were out of service.
One had been out of service at least since November, many residents said. They said the elevator malfunction was the latest in a series of maintenance-related problems that a Miami Beach, Fla., management company was slow to respond to.See the full content of this document
