KINNELON - The Borough Council has introduced a budget for 2004 that does not raise municipal taxes. But the owner of an average home may have to pay $432 more in school property taxes for the coming year.
Heeding residents' pleas that taxes are still too high, Councilman Larry Casha said the council wanted to make sure taxes didn't climb. Last year, municipal taxes actually dropped by $4 on a typical home.See the full content of this document
