WHOM SHOULD John Kerry pick as a running mate? The speculation thus far has centered on the obvious stable of Democratic names, including some of his recent rivals for the nomination, any one of whom would bring value to the ticket.
But these are extraordinary times, and extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures.
