Under the New Jersey state code "Sanitation in Retail Food Establishments and Food and Beverage Vending Machines," there are four possible health-inspection results: satisfactory, conditionally satisfactory, conditionally satisfactory on reinspection and unsatisfactory. Conditionally satisfactory is issued when an establishment has one or more violations that need to be corrected; they may or may not be related to food safety or cleanliness.
