ENGLEWOOD Running city schools will cost $66.6 million next year, raising local school taxes by 4.5 percent.

The board approved the 2006-07 budget by a vote of 8-0 on Thursday. The average homeowner will face an additional payment of about $20 a month, said board member Glenn Garrison.
