Hackensack-based hard-money lender Kennedy Funding Inc. has settled nine suits that allege it improperly retained fees from loan applicants, the accusers' attorney said Monday.
The company, which prides itself on making multimillion-dollar loans within days of receiving the application, and the plaintiffs are expected to file settlement details with the court July 20, plaintiffs' attorney Gregg Trautmann said.See the full content of this document
