A storm that washed out state highways, canceled flights and shut down train service on Monday is expected to cause fewer delays for commuters and travelers today, officials said.
Parts of Routes 17, 46 and 23, underwater for most of Monday, could remain closed, according to the state Department of Transportation. Route 17 suffers from poor drainage capacity and often floods after heavy rains, officials said.See the full content of this document
