GARFIELD -- A Garfield man, 34, has been charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly videotaping a 13-year-old girl with his cellphone while she was nude. Noel Garcia, of 20 Maple St., also has been charged with one count of invasion of privacy.
On Tuesday, the victim told detectives that Garcia had videotaped her while she was nude and that Garcia put his hand inside her shirt and fondled her in 2007. Both alleged incidents occurred in Garfield. Garcia was being held at the Bergen County Jail with bail set at $500,000.See the full content of this document
