"How to Secure Financing to Expand and Survive in a Challenging Economy" will be held at the Small Business Development Center at William Paterson University beginning at 8:30 a.m. Among the speakers scheduled are Margaret Piliere, regional director of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority; James Kocsi, district director for the U.S. Small Business Administration; and Josh Donovan, vice president of the New Jersey Business Finance Corp.
