WAYNE - The head pharmacist of a CVS on Ratzer Road has admitted to stealing more than $100,000 in prescription drugs since he began working at the drugstore in August, police said Monday.

A store security guard called police Thursday afternoon after observing Ahmed Abouelhoda, 29, of New York place thousands of pills into a paper bag and then hand the bag to an unidentified motorist through the pharmacy's drive-through window, authorities said. The guard held Abouelhoda until police arrived.
