PASSAIC A state committee on judicial conduct has filed an ethics complaint against Passaic Municipal Judge Xavier C. Rodriguez.

The complaint, filed Wednesday, alleges that Rodriguez compromised his judicial integrity and independence by being outside Mayor Sammy Rivera's house the day Rivera was arrested on federal corruption charges for allegedly accepting a bribe in exchange for a public contract.
