NEW YORK -- Ultra-right-wing radio host and former FBI informant Hal Turner of North Bergen will have to wait at least until March to learn whether he has any chance of returning to the airwaves and Internet blog with his blend of racism, anti-Semitism and calls for violence.

After a jury said Monday it was "hopelessly deadlocked," a judge declared a mistrial in Turner's trial for threatening federal appellate justices.
