TOTOWA -- Frustrated with Governor Corzine's plans for staff layoffs, unpaid furloughs and wage freezes to balance the budget, nearly 200 North Jersey Developmental Center employees staged a lunchtime rally on the center's grounds.
The protest was one of 15 demonstrations by workers at developmental centers across the state. More than 2,000 state workers participated, union officials said.See the full content of this document
