RINGWOOD Governor Corzine was a no-show for a meeting with Upper Ringwood residents Tuesday, disappointing community leaders, who then conveyed their concerns to state Environmental Protection Commissioner Lisa Jackson.

"It's hurtful," said Wayne Mann, president of the neighborhood association. "This is the third time" that Corzine scheduled a visit to tour Ford Motor Co.'s cleanup efforts in the former iron mining community and then canceled, twice since taking office and once as a candidate last fall.
