Lost in all the attention given to Governor Corzine's budget cuts is his proposal to spend $1.2 billion more on everything from public schools to sex-offender monitoring, employee pensions and tax relief for seniors.
Corzine has proposed a $33.3 billion state budget that cuts about $200 million in actual spending from the current fiscal year. He wants to trim property tax rebates, municipal aid and several other major grant programs.See the full content of this document
