College enrollment has ballooned over the last several decades but graduation rates have barely budged, with 63 percent of first- time, full-time students graduating from four-year schools within six years, according to a study released Wednesday.
The percentages for minority students are lower, according to The Education Trust, a national advocacy group. About 46 percent of African-Americans and 47 percent of Latinos are graduating within six years.See the full content of this document
