HORRIFIC EVENTS once again have focused attention on violence in American schools. This time, however, the perpetrators represent more than the troubled students who committed school shootings in Columbine, among other places, years ago.
Of the three heavily publicized incidents in the last two weeks, only one - the fatal shooting of a high school principal in Wisconsin last week - was perpetrated by a student.
