WEST MILFORD -- A 38-year-old man who lived in the woods in a New York public park was arrested on charges of transmitting lewd pictures to a 13-year-old township girl, propositioning her over the Internet and on a cellphone, authorities said Friday.
Clifford William Wares of Warwick, N.Y., began communicating with the girl around four months ago, said Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik.
