THERE'S LIMITED cause for celebration over the revised sentencing guidelines for federal crack cocaine convictions.
Federal reforms under consideration could potentially reduce sentences for thousands convicted of crack sales and possession. If applied retroactively, 19,500 prisoners would get their sentences cut. The proposals lower the longest sentences by about a year.See the full content of this document
