Jose Tapaiero of 50 E. Johnson Ave. was charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal sexual contact after a 20-year-old woman said he had sexually assaulted her between the ages of 11 and 13 and again last week, Bergen County Assistant Prosecutor William J.
