TRENTON The father of an 11-month-old boy fatally beaten at a Woodbridge day care center doesn't blame the center's owner for his son's death, but the 9-year-old boy charged with hitting his son.

"I want to know what kind of home the 9-year-old comes from," Tafawah Francis, the father of Tahir Francis, told The Associated Press on Thursday. "He doesn't understand, you can't do these things to a baby."
