Senior middle distance runner Jessica Setless is hoping that a strong winter season translates into a big spring for Paramus. But the Spartans need a host of juniors and sophomores to step up in the other events to compete with the likes of Ridgewood in the league and County.
Ridgewood is hoping to repeat last year's start when it won the County Relays and avoid the finish when it lost in the County and sectional meets.
