Another Delay in Encap Corruption Trial

A federal judge has granted a second postponement on medical grounds in the trial of Eric D. Wisler, the cancer-stricken former Teaneck lawyer accused of bribing a state senator to advance the failed $1 billion EnCap landfill-to-links development in the Meadowlands.

In an order filed this week, U.S. District Judge Faith S. Hochberg approved a two-month continuance in the case until June 30.
