ALLENDALE - The Borough Council will decide tonight whether to approve a settlement with the Northern Highlands Regional High School District over the felling of dozens of trees on school property without a permit.
Under the agreement, the borough would drop its complaint against the tree service that cleared the property, and the school district would agree to plant 100 new trees and abide by the borough's tree ordinance in the future.See the full content of this document
