MONTCLAIR -- Zaneta Rago will not be personally affected by California's Proposition 8, the constitutional amendment outlawing same-sex marriage, but she was still devastated when that state's voters approved it on Election Day.
"I was really excited for Barack Obama, and then I found out about Proposition 8, and I cried," said Rago, 20, vice president of Ramapo Pride, Ramapo College's activist group for lesbian, gay and transgender students. "It was a bad day."See the full content of this document
