The federal Environmental Protection Agency awarded $60,000 to an environmental group this week to show residents and municipal officials what they can do to restore the health of the Passaic River.
The Association of New Jersey Environmental Commissions, based in Mendham, will team with several local organizations on the project, including the Passaic River Institute at Montclair State University and the Ramapo River Watershed Intermunicipal Council.See the full content of this document
