LINCOLN PARK - The school board has introduced a $19.1 million 2007-08 budget that could increase taxes by about $100 on the average home if voters approve the tax levy next month.

School officials said a 5 percent rise in costs stemmed from higher tuition rates to send local students to Boonton High School and rising costs for special education and transportation.
